All Silver Booms are made of 7075 high-tech aluminum and use high-quality composite technology. This material. which originates from cycling. gives the frames significantly more rigidity.

The new combination of a round strut at the front (diagonal retention forces provide more stiffness) and an oval end piece (horizontal sail pull for additional stiffness) results in an overall stiffness of the Silver fork of around 30 %. Together with the hardened front arch. this results in exceptional durability. which is why we offer a 2-year unlimited warranty on all Silver products. including against deflection.

The 140 and 160 lengths consist of three segments and feature the iFRONT 2.0 head piece and a one-piece aluminum end bow. In combination with the 28 mm RDM spars. this offers ideal rigidity and comfort. The bend curve ensures even tension distribution on the mast and sail hand.The 180 length with performance bend curve is specially designed for freeride sails and has a 30 mm spar diameter for maximum stiffness. The high-density PROTECTION GRIP effectively protects the sail cover when rigging.

The entire Silver line is equipped with the new VTS TAIL fitting which. in combination with the 2022 Duotone sails. provides a clear visual indication of the perfect tension of the outhaul (patent pending).

Most notably. all Silver booms now come with an unrivaled 60cm XL extension to cover a wider range of sail sizes.
