Duotone Falcon_Fin D/LAB 2024

Over the last 3 years. Dani Aeberli (Product Manager Boards) and Vasin Siritho (Implementation and QC Manager Boards) have developed a technology that qualifies the FALCON_FIN as the first product for the D/LAB label. Instead of the usual semi-custom technology. we now use a 100% full-custom technology. We call this CUSTOM CNC SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY.

Before you even get on the water. you can get an idea of what to expect. Just lift the board and you’ll be shocked at how light it is. Then tap the hull and you’ll immediately notice how stiff the board is. Compare it to a typical semi-custom production board and the difference is unmistakable.

The result on the water is truly breathtaking. Due to the massively reduced weight (up to 500 g) and the incredible additional stiffness. even the unchanged shapes feel like a completely new board. The acceleration is on a completely different level to anything we’ve produced before. Compared to all other slalom boards. the new FALCON_FIN is a true "silver bullet".

And the best thing is that our shapes are still beyond reproach. The PWA World Champion winning FALCON_FIN boards are designed for total control in any situation on the race course. Your focus is 100% on your speed and your line and not on your equipment. Pierre Mortefon already proved this in 2019 when he won the PWA Slalom World Championship title with our "rockets". In 2021 he proved it again by becoming PWA Slalom Vice World Champion. and to put the icing on the cake. Jordy Vonk and Jenna Gibson became IFCA Fin Slalom World Champions in 2022.

For 2023 we have redesigned the key sizes 99 and 116 to meet the needs of our top riders and ensure 100% performance on the course. The recessed mast foot area keeps the rig connection low for better control. while the cut-out rail design ensures 100% performance and uncomplicated jibes on the course.

For 2024. the size 90 now follows. which will be a key size in next year’s PWA fin races. This board is based on the 99 design that everyone calls the "magic board".
