Duotone Foil Wing Set Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB 2024

Our most advanced foils yet!To reduce drag and weight to a minimum. we decided to integrate the front part of the fuselage into the front wing. This way we don’t have to compromise on the shape of the front wing to fit the fuselage. In addition. we can thus dispense with the three M8 screw connections required for SLS wings. which further reduces flow resistance and weight.

The Carve 2.0 D/LAB. like the SLS variant. is quite different from our previous Carve line. The wings feel drag-free. faster and "looser". which allows a much more intuitive turning and carving with more speed. Thanks to a thinner profile towards the wing tips and the higher aspect ratio. the Carve 2.0 D/LAB glides and pumps a lot better than its predecessor.

The Carve 2.0 D/LAB series is based on our new Carve 2.0 SLS series. but with a few minor changes. Compared to the SLS line. the aspect ratio is a bit lower and the profile is a bit thinner. making these wings even faster. whether on the wave. doing the most technical freestyle tricks. or doing wing foil or kite foil racing.

In addition to the 850 and 1100. the D/LAB line also includes two smaller sizes in 650 and 500. while the larger 1430 is only found in the SLS line.

Two carbon tail options in 37cm and 43cm – comparable to the lengths of our 60cm and 66cm AL 3BS Fuselages – give the D/LAB Wing a playful character. as well as sensational control at maximum speed.

Stabilizer POur newest series of stabilizers specifically designed to complement our Carve 2.0 and Glide series.

The P-Series stands for performance! We have increased the aspect ratio of the stabilizers. for more lift and at the same time a smaller surface area. This has reduced drag and increased maneuverability without losing the control at more speed that our foils are known for.

The Stabilizer P are available in four sizes: 165. 180. 200 and 220. and each size has been slightly optimized to work perfectly with our new Front Wings.

These new Stabilizers are almost completely flat and have lost the small winglets found on our other product line. the C Stabilizers.

These changes have allowed us to optimize the feel in turns. giving our new Front Wings an exciting and playful feel.

Take advantage of our new thin shims and adjust the angle of attack of the stabilizer in +/- 0.3 degree increments to suit your riding style or individual conditions.

500Our smallest and most radical frontwing. The Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB 500 is aimed at kids/light riders or experienced foilers who are winging in big fast waves or for winging and kitefoiling at the highest speeds. Optimized to maintain a good level of control when going full speed with the 43cm tail. or for maximum turning pleasure when combined with the 37 tail. Finely tuned to the 165 P Stabilizer.

650The second smallest wing in the Carve 2.0 range is aimed at lighter or experienced riders looking for more speed. Whether it’s to match the speed of bigger waves. generate plenty of speed for jumps when freestyling. or challenge friends in a wing or kitefoil race. Combine with the 37 tail for maximum responsiveness or the 43 tail for more control at high speed. Ideally combined with the 165 P Stabilizer.

850The Aero Carve 2.0 D/LAB 850 has it all – it has intuitive turning and fast response in the waves. exciting speeds for both waving and kitefoiling. incredible pop for freestyle. Ample glide and low drag ensure you can handle pressureless sections with ease! This is the one wing you should have in your quiver!

1100The largest wing in our D/Lab family. Experienced mid to higher weight riders will love this wing for surfing small to medium sized waves. as well as freestyling in lighter to medium winds. The 1100 Carve 2.0 D/Lab is a great all-rounder that rides very playfully for its size while remaining extremely intuitive and easy to control. It can also be used for prone foiling. where its turning ability is only surpassed by the smaller Carve 2.0 Wings.
