The hunt for versatility ends right here! JPs have always been the true classics in the freestyle wave class because they are super balanced and incredibly fun in a wide variety of wind and water conditions. And the current generation of all-water toys is no exception. offering a compact ride and fast response during maneuvers. As an added treat. they not only sail faster. but also feel more comfortable than any of their predecessors. They combine the core virtues that almost every windsurfer is looking for. and as all-in-one boards they are a real hit!
Shape detailsThe slim outline in the nose area conveys a feeling of lightness. The centered swing weight enhances the compact feel and good responsiveness during maneuvers.In the middle section. the outline is parallel and creates a large area for early planing and stability.The narrow tail is just wide enough for good planing and allows you to maintain control on fast runs over choppy water and – together with the thin rails – bite hard into fast carving turns and small waves without getting stuck.
Key shape detailsThe front part of the board features a pronounced V-shape combined with double concaves that make the board very comfortable and effortless to ride.Between the straps and towards the tail. the vee becomes less pronounced. resulting in a very curvy rail line and thinner rails. This is responsible for the excellent maneuverability and grip during turns and further improves the wave characteristics of the board.The rocker has been reduced in the middle. which not only increases the performance in blasting mode. but also leads to a more comfortable stance due to the loose and stable water position of the new shapes.
The FSWs have an almost identical construction to the freestyle boards and are equipped with a carbon Innegra deck! (see also Technology)
The freestyle wave boards are supplied with different fin boxes and no longer have a foil power box this year. The main fin is made of G10 material. which provides a lot of drive and a safe ride.
The 124 L board is slightly longer and wider to meet the needs of light wind conditions. It is a balanced and versatile board that is very popular with windsurfers. The Freestyle Wave concept is ideal for most recreational windsurfers and offers many tuning options for different conditions. It can be used as an all-round wave board for weaker winds. heavier riders or tricky conditions. as well as for big jumps and fast carves in side-to-side onshore conditions.
