Freemove board for easy jibingThe Magic Move 2024 is available in two designs. the "Wood Pro" version and the "ES" version. At 6.6 kilos. the "Wood Pro" construction is around 1.4 kilos lighter than the "ES" version with a 100-liter board. The fast-growing Pauwlonia wood is used in the "Wood Pro" as reinforcement in the deck and over the entire surface of the underwater hull. For JP. this construction represents the best compromise between durability and weight.
The Magic Move is designed to bridge the gap between the freestyle wave and freeride categories. It is more maneuver-oriented than a freerider and can also play in round swell waves. but has better planing characteristics compared to the freestyle wave. Shaper Werner Gnigler has given the Magic Move particularly easy planing and a focus on planing jibes in the foam. With more volume in the tail. a greater width and more length. the Magic Move sets itself apart from the Freestyle Wave. The boards are equipped with wave-oriented fins. which benefits the maneuverability.
The Magic Move revolutionizes the requirements in the freeride segment and is aimed at riders who are looking for a sporty board with 90 to 110 L for easy and early planing. The shapes use a flat scoop rocker line designed for early planing and high speed. The pronounced double concave V in the front acts like a suspension when you hit choppy water.By reducing the V in the area between the footstraps and increasing it towards the tail. the rail shape is decoupled from the center scoop rocker line. This also supports the excellent mix of performance and maneuverability.
The Magic Moves are equipped with various footstrap options and a single fin powerbox for the perfect. customizable set-up.
