The Magic Wave has combined the speed of the Thruster Quad. the versatility of the Wave Slates and the lightness of the Real World Waves. It also offers incredible speed and confidence on the wave. matching the performance of the Ultimate Wave in most conditions. even in waves up to and over mast height.
Magic Wave is an all-round surfboard designed for fast planing. high speeds and extreme jumps. It offers both front and back foot wave riding possibilities and gains speed and control through its advanced rocker shape. beautiful rails and wide. thin. ultra-high performance swallow tail. Combining confidence. speed. comfort and grip on the wave. the board feels carvy and loose. but still offers the necessary speed for onshore conditions. It is efficient even in mediocre conditions and uncompromising in its wave performance.
The design of the Magic Wave is based on a wider dovetail board with an equally wide nose. The special rocker of the board allows it to plane extremely fast without being stiff in the wave. During the development process. the fast. early planing Wave Slate and the multi-award-winning Freestyle Wave served as good benchmarks. The Magic Wave equals or surpasses the Wave Slate in the areas of early planing. low end. top speed. versatility and looseness in the wave. It also comes close to the planing performance of the Freestyle Wave.
