Our brand new X-Winger boards feature many new shape details that make them more versatile and maneuverable for better and smoother overall handling. Compared to their predecessors. they are longer and narrower. Above all. they are much more efficient and superior in all aspects that support the foil’s performance.

The longer. narrower fuselage and subtle nose rocker provide better glide. faster acceleration and a smooth. passive launch into flight mode. The clearly defined rail-tuck line helps to transfer the lift generated from the underside into a crisp water release and effortless take-off. These shape features work together to enhance additional characteristics:For occasional touchdowns. the board bounces off the water surface smoothly and gently without losing speed.

Touchdowns are also helped by the tapered nose outline. which simultaneously reduces swing weight and improves airflow. To compensate for the lower volume of the retracted nose outline. we have added a little more thickness in this area. Nevertheless. the narrower nose provides a lighter feel and a more agile ride.The slightly concave footprint provides a more direct feel on the foil.

One of the new features is the higher tail rocker. Once in the air. this additional lower curve lifts the nose. resulting in a better flying position of the board. This creates more leeway when flying. so that you can put more pressure on the foil upwind without having to worry about the board getting choppy. It also provides more pop when jumping and a more comfortable stance.

The new X-Wingers also have unique tail cut-outs. They reduce the wetted surface in the tail area. enabling a more efficient take-off and faster recovery after a landing. In addition. the board can be set up harder during turns without the tail getting stuck.

Technical details:The boards have long track boxes that provide a large tuning area for the foil. The rails are embedded in high-density blocks that extend from the deck to the bottom and form an extremely stable construction.In addition. the PRO boards are equipped with a high-density PVC sandwich. deck and bottom. which in combination with the Innegra rail reinforcement offers an unsurpassed ratio of stiffness and low weight.
