Kold Shapes LEGEND

Since the beginning of KOLD Shapes we have designed the LEGEND. A true wave board created to hold your rail on tight bottom turns and release the fins on your most powerful cut backs. We are very proud to finally showcase our classic. yet progressive shape and ultra strong. lightweight construction.

The LEGEND has a single concave and its outline is designed to provide maximum control at higher speeds. The rocker is focused on the tail and nose. with a moderate rocker in between to further improve higher speeds. This rocker line also improves the Thruster’s light wind and upwind characteristics.

Each board is handcrafted in one of Portugal’s few complex sandwich constructions. The unique foam holds up to 500 kg per square meter. does not absorb water and at the same time has a unique flex. To further improve the strength and flex. we decided to add a flax fiber strand to the top and bottom of the board. This natural fiber is an addition to Sustain Surf’s Eco Board Certificate.

The shape rides perfectly strapless and the squash tail will release like a spring into your strapless airs. But we’ve also included heavy duty inserts so you can easily mount your straps too! No matter which option you choose. endless waves with tight turns will be the result.

Our goal is to constantly improve the sustainability of our product. so we are more than proud of its durability and longevity. The LEGEND was built to last.
